Cast on 60 S and distribute evenly on the needle set. Depending on the pattern, the number of stitches on the different needles always varies. It is important to maintain the start of the round and to always evenly distribute the S again.
For the edge, knt. 1 Rd. le S, 1 Rd. ri S and again 1 Rd. le S, then continue to knt. in the wave pattern according to the knitting chart, knitting the repeating pattern a total of 5 x.
At a total height of approx. 15 - 16 cm, end with a 10th pattern round and evenly distribute the S on the 4 needles of the needle set (= 15 S per needle). Then continue working as follows: 1st and 4th needle: plain right, 2nd with 3rd needle: 3 S plain right, 25 S wave pattern according to knitting chart 2, 3 S plain right, picking up 1 S in the 1st Rd. at the start of the 2nd needle (= 61 S). After 4 Rd, knt. the heel in this arrangement with shortened rows over the S of the 1st and 4th needle (see socks' knitting instructions). Continue working in the Rd. With a 19 cm foot length (measured from the centre of the heel, measured on the plain right knitted part), end the socks plain right, knt. tog. 2 S ri in the 1st Rd. at the start of the 2nd needle. (= 60 S). After 4 Rd., knt. the collar tip plain right from the beginning. (see knitting chart for socks).
